Enjoy the world’s most prestigious golf tournament

Royal St. George’s has hosted 13 Open championships since 1894, when it gained the distinction of being the first club outside Scotland to host The Open. Once again, it will showcase the world’s best players as they compete for the Claret Jug. The club is situated among wild dune land and many holes feature blind or partially blind shots, providing a challenge to the best. What’s more, its fourth hole boasts the deepest bunker in championship golf.

The imposing 6th hole ‘The Maiden’, is a spectacular viewing spot as spectators line the towering dunes surrounding the green. No two successive holes play in the same direction on this course, making a mastery of links golf an absolute must in often challenging and windy weather conditions.

Whoever wins, be it Brooks Koepke, Bryson DeChambeau or Dustin Johnson, or a Brit, like Rory McIlroy or Justin Rose or even the quiet Italian, Francesco Molinari, you’re sure to see some superb links play and plenty of excitement!

We offer another package to ‘The Open 2021’ with the opportunity to visit St Andrews and play the Old Course and Carnoustie afterwards. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for bookings and further information.
